The location is fantastic! ! A block from Las Olas Boulevard, with great eateries nearby. The outdoor pool is heated, providing a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day.
Parking fees were a letdown and not disclosed upfront. I also experienced some poor communication with staff regarding room assignments during check-in.

The hotel is new, ensuring that everything from the rooms to the parking ramp is in excellent condition. The King Suite had a fantastic city view, making our stay even more enjoyable. The shower truly exceeded our expectations with its size and functionality.
Breakfast options lacked freshness and variety, which was disappointing.

The parking situation is a total mess!!! Hidden fees for parking are frustrating, and the limited on-site restaurants leave you scrambling for dinner options. Maintenance could use some serious attention too!!!

I had a wonderful time during my stay, especially enjoying how the hotel was just a block from Las Olas Boulevard, where I found a variety of dining options, including the fantastic Morton's The Steakhouse right across the street, and I loved relaxing at the heated outdoor pool, which I used for most of my four days here.

our stay at fairfield inn was fantastic! the breakfast was great, and the staff were super friendly. the location couldn't be better, with nightlife, restaurants, and shopping centers all within walking distance. we especially loved how close it was to the cruise terminal.
